Statement from Mike Zullo on the Credibility of Dennis Montgomery (5 -14-17)

Freedom Friday is posting this article (originally posted at "The Populist") because Mike Zullo has been talking about these things for years on Freedom Friday with Carl Gallups.

(Dennis Montgomery is a CIA whistleblower who helped to create the current government spying software used to spy on US citizens and public officials. Montgomery came to Arpaio and Zullo during the Obama Fraud investigation process)

Statement from Mike Zullo on the Credibility of Dennis Montgomery

Note: A number of publications have been reporting claims from Larry Klayman related to his client Dennis Montgomery in light of allegations by Klayman and Montgomery involving information they say relate to secret surveillance, Donald Trump, and James Comey.  However, there is controversy about Dennis Montgomery and his veracity that many of these stories have left out.

For example, his ex-attorney called Montgomery a “con-man” in addition to saying in court documents that “Montgomery has told me so many different lies about so many things, it is virtually impossible to determine the ‘true facts,’ let alone what parts of his statements are outright false, partially false, misleading or have grains of truth.”

Another source that we spoke to directly who wished to remain anonymous used similar language to describe Montgomery.  Some of those claims being made are based on audio of conversations involving Mike Zullo, who was part of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse when Arpaio was sheriff of Maricopa county. In the interests of trying to help readers understand the story, we asked Mike Zullo for a comment on Montgomery’s credibility.

Mike Zullo wrote: The depth of his credibility has yet to be determined.  There are credible events that occurred in his life that verify he was indisputably a contractor for the CIA/NSA developing surreptitious computer hacking software.

It’s indisputable that he developed software that enabled the federal government to illegally breach  and surreptitiously infiltrate computer systems across the globe.  It’s indisputable that the federal government took actions against Mr. Montgomery to destroy his credibility while he was still in fact being compensated by the federal government for his services.

It’s indisputable that he is in possession of hundreds of millions of private records.  What has yet to be determined is the credibility of and the origin of the information.  Mr. Montgomery claims he obtained this information during his years as contractor conducting illegal operations against United States citizens at the behest of Federal authorities.

What has yet to be determined as credible is the source of the information in Montgomery’s possession.  And to some extent the information itself.  Montgomery has never provided the source code information that would identify how the information was truly acquired.  Absent that source code there is no methodology available to verify the credibility of his claim.

For Mr. Montgomery, the difficulty is this: merely being in possession of a plethora of information does not automatically lead one to the conclusion that it was obtained in the way he says it was.  Sourcing and vetting the accuracy of his information would be the corroboration of the evidence that would ultimately support his claims.  That simply has not happened.

BOMBSHELL? Gregg Jarrett: James Comey May Have Broken The Law Himself! 5-16-17

Gregg Jarrett: Comey's revenge is a gun without powder

By Gregg Jarrett (FOX NEWS correspondent and former defense attorney)

"Now, only after [former FBI Director] Comey was fired, [a handwritten] memo magically surfaces in an inflammatory New York Times report which alleges that Mr. Trump asked Comey to end the Michael Flynn investigation.

Those who don’t know the first thing about the law immediately began hurling words like “obstruction of justice”, “high crimes and misdemeanors” and “impeachment“.   Typically, these people don’t know what they don’t know.

Here is what we do know.

Under the law, Comey is required to immediately inform the Department of Justice of any attempt to obstruct justice by any person, even the President of the United States.  Failure to do so would result in criminal charges against Comey.  (18 USC 4 and 28 USC 1361)  He would also, upon sufficient proof, lose his license to practice law."
